A REAL-WORLD MOMENT

Let everyone in the room see.

Friends are gathered in your living room and you want to show photos from a recent trip. Connect your iPhone and Chromecast to the same Wi-Fi network, choose Chromecast in Duplica, and start the screen broadcast. Browse the album from your phone while everyone watches the TV.

The same setup can help you show a personal project or a presentation from an iPad. You navigate on the device, and the TV provides the larger view.

Sharing with someone in another location?

Choose Web Sharing instead. It sends your screen to one guest’s browser over the internet and works across different networks. Chromecast is the separate option for a local TV on the same Wi-Fi.

How do I share my iPhone screen with Chromecast?

Connect your iPhone and Chromecast to the same Wi-Fi network. Open Duplica, choose Chromecast, connect to the intended device, and start the screen broadcast.

Does Chromecast mirroring work from an iPad?

Yes. Duplica is available for iPhone and iPad, and Chromecast is a supported sharing destination. The iPad and Chromecast must use the same Wi-Fi network.

Can I use Chromecast across different Wi-Fi networks?

Duplica’s Chromecast mode requires the sending device and Chromecast to be on the same Wi-Fi network. To share remotely across networks, choose Web Sharing and invite a guest through a browser link.

Will every video or app appear on the TV?

Availability depends on the source app, device and content. Some content may restrict screen sharing. Audio sharing with Plus is available where supported; check the app settings and plan details before sharing.
